Our Process
Initial Consultation

- Define vision, scope, & budget of the project
- Meet on site to assess suitability
Design & Planning
- Complete a client intake
- Collaborate with architect & design team
- Request and confirm initial cost-plus proposal*
Pre-Construction
- Select exterior finishes
- Discuss interior finish allowances
- Discuss construction specifications
- Confirm final proposal and sign professional services agreement
- Initial payment of 20% due at signing
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals, if required
Construction Begins
- Coordinate project schedule
- Site work starts and foundation is poured
- Finalize interior selections
- Framing and major systems are established
- Determine landscape design
Project Completion
- Inspections are done to ensure compliance and quality
- Participate in walkthrough and home orientation
- Review warranty packet
