OUR TEAM
Owner and Manager - JOEY ESPINOZA
Joey is a native Texan with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He studied construction at Texas A&M and began his career supervising high-density, multi-family, and commercial projects in downtown Austin, Houston and Denver. He then moved to Winter Park, Colorado and supervised the building of both condominiums and multi-million-dollar custom homes. Working with experts in trim carpentry and custom homebuilding there made his passion for craftsmanship clear.
After marrying his wife, Sara, a desire to serve others led their young family to the mission field. There, he served as a construction project manager with Young Life for over 15 years. He built youth camps in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua and also built with international partners in Haiti and Armenia. In 2016, he and his family returned to Central Texas where he continues to consult for Young Life internationally but has created a business to invest in the community where his family stays very involved.

Project Manager - MARIO FACIO
Mario is a man who loves God and his family. He has a Masters degree in Horticulture with early experience in landscaping and the golf industry, (building, designing and managing courses). This is where his passion for building began.
As a ranch developer both in Texas and Mexico, he’s been remodeling and building residential and commercial structures for nearly twenty years, completing a full range of projects from household decks to custom homes to airplane hangars. He enjoys working with clients and trying to make their dreams come true.
